ACFE Partners With United Arab Emirates Banks Federation for ACFE Fraud Conference Middle East

The ACFE is proud to announce a strategic partnership with the United Arab Emirates Banks Federation (UBF) to support the 2017 ACFE Fraud Conference Middle East.

In addition to the partnership, the conference will be hosted under the patronage of His Excellency AbdulAziz Abdulla Al Ghurair, chairman of the UAE Banks Federation.

The UBF is a professional representative body of 49 member banks operating in the UAE. It advocates banks’ interests, and enhances cooperation and coordination among them, in order to promote and upgrade the UAE’s banking industry for the benefit of the banking sector, its customers and the national economy.

The 2017 ACFE Fraud Conference Middle East is taking place 29-31 January 2017 at Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai. The conference will feature a keynote address from IT security expert Eugene Kaspersky who will be joined by other anti-fraud experts, as well as convicted fraudster* and former Enron CFO Andrew Fastow. Attendees will learn how to use the latest data analytics in their investigations, explore case studies in fraud from the Middle East, and develop cost-effective methods of preventing and detecting fraud.
