This can be demonstrated by the commitment of time or donations to a charitable cause.

Since then, the award is given annually to a speaker who demonstrates the best qualities that Mr. Baker exhibited: Dedication. Experience. Knowledge. Professionalism. This year’s winner, Tom Caulfield, has more than forty years of combined experience in the private sector, federal government and the military.
