Artificial Intelligence Expert to Speak at World's Largest Fraud Conference

Martin Ford, futurist and author of The New York Times best-seller, "Rise of the Robots: Technology and the Threat of a Jobless Future," will address more than 3,000 attendees this June for the 29th Annual ACFE Global Fraud Conference in Las Vegas. An expert on artificial intelligence, job automation and accelerating technology in the workplace, Ford will impart what he's learned in his 25 years of experience in the fields of computer design and software development to anti-fraud experts from around the world.

Ford currently serves as the consulting expert for Societe Generale’s new “Rise of the Robots” index, which will be focused specifically on investing in companies that will be significant participants in the artificial intelligence and robotics revolution. He is also heavily involved with Genesis Systems, a startup company that has developed a revolutionary atmospheric water generation (AWG) technology. Genesis will soon deploy automated, self-powered systems that will generate water directly from the air at industrial scale in the world’s most arid regions.

He has written about future technology and its implications for numerous prestigious publications and has also appeared on many radio and television shows, including NPR, CNBC, CNN, MSNBC and PBS.
