Outstanding Achievement in Community Outreach and Service: Ronald Catania

The Outstanding Achievement in Community Outreach and Service reflects the ACFE’s strong belief that members should be active contributors to their communities and be committed to helping improve the places where they live and work. The recipient of the Outstanding Achievement in Community Outreach and Service award must demonstrate that they have been an active volunteer in projects that have resulted in a recognized improvement of their community. This can be demonstrated by the commitment of time or donations to a charitable cause.

Ronald Catania is a retired CFE who has spent countless hours assisting veterans that were homeless, in need of employment and other services. He has volunteered with groups that provide dogs to disabled veterans, new roofs for their homes, clothing, food and medical attention. He’s a life member with Veterans of Foreign Wars and Disabled American Veterans and served as a 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina volunteer.

For Outstanding Achievement in Community Outreach and Service, congratulations to Ronald Catania!
